Has anyone found a funny lyric or a title to a song in a musical. In the Hungarian Elisabeth, I laughed at the title Mint Te. I thought she was singing about "Mint Tea".

In the first track of Elisabeth at one point they say:
Warum, warum... Nacht für Nacht dieselbe Frage, seit hundert Jahren! Was soll die Fragerei? Merda. Ich bin tot!
Merda sounds like Merde which means a word spelled like and rhyming with sit in French. At that point I was like "HEHEHEHE! I understand THAT!" and then I was like "Wait! This is German with no Latin base at all, that couldn't possible mean that."

This is actually a common "misheard" lyrics, and I can never stop finding it funny. On the OLC recording of POTO (and I know I'm not the only one who's noticed this ;D):
During "Think of me":
"What a change, you're really not a b*tch, the c0ckish girl that once you were..."

Actually, that's it in Italian... ;D Lucheni was Italian, and he puts a lot of Italian swearwords (??) in his lines... If I am not mistaken, his very first line is "Va' a farti fottere" ... which I won't translate, but it's not really nice *** Edit: it's not his very first line, but it comes however in the prologue

I thought that up until I went through and read the lyrics. The transition from the T to the A sound makes a the teeth clench leaving the trace of the CH sound. At least that is my theory.

Crawford is my fave but the one and only favorite Phantom is Steve Barton because it almost sounds similar to Krolock(excuse the pun).

Another one but its a misheard in "How Long Must This Go On" in "Beauty & The Beast": "and now that b*tch is gone, and left me in this state". In order to hear this, listen to the Terrence Mann one.
