it's pretty good as musical bios go. great music, pretty good story (although not very accurate, i fear), and great acting. it ends fairly early in her life.

it's pretty good as musical bios go. great music, pretty good story (although not very accurate, i fear), and great acting. it ends fairly early in her life. If she is pleased with it, that's good enough for me I think. What parts did you hear were inaccurate?

Carole walked out of rehearsals. the story line and relationships don't mesh with her autobiography.

She alluded to that in her introduction, but then went on to basically say she's at peace with it, and loves the piece now.
