Yeah, it's one of those bizarre scenarios.... Ghostlight claimed a September 2nd release but mailed it today. They are downloading to iTunes on September 2nd. And the "street date" is September 30th.

once again in the realm of truly bizarre....
the musical 13 is being recorded this weekend for a September 30 download release date with a "holiday" physical CD release date. Oh, and the show doesn't open until October, so the cast recording will be out before the reviews of the show are in.

Sometime in January there will be a Cast Recording of "Shrek the Musical." I pre-ordered it when I was the show again on Wednesday.

I knew there was a German version, but not that there was a recording coming up.
How does Patrick Stanke get everywhere?

I knew there was a German version, but not that there was a recording coming up. How does Patrick Stanke get everywhere? No idea...I saw a Pro-shot of him as Jekyll & Hyde in Tecklenburg...although I think he was far much better than in 3 Musketiere I still think he's not as good as many others...but he apparently has a pretty face...and that seems to work in germany...*cofUwecof*

I clearly have a very different idea of good-looking men than most of Germany. Though I knew that already after I once made the mistake of going on a German musical forum topic where they were listing the sexiest musical actors and Stanke topped every other list. He's very far from my definition of attractive... While I can't stand in in D3M he seems somewhat better in newer stuff, but I still don't understand what's so special about him - and just how on earth he gets around to everything. If the actress playing Cathy is good, though, I might seek out the CD when I have a bit more money. I like L5Y. But first I want to hear the CD to know if I want to put money into it.
