Oh My God! I'd be here all night if I listed them all!! My current tally is 101 different musicals (professional productions).
Sorry to turn you all green! But then I did work in London for 13 years until recently so the West End was pretty close by. Before I worked in London I'd only seen 'Joseph'!

Musicals I have seen:
I actually recently just go into seeing them on stage, but it has been a busy year!
Les Miserables (my first professional musical I saw! I saw it twice!) Chicago (I didn't like it at first but I got into it) Wicked (I was in total bliss from start to finish) Evita (Beautiful staging, Thank you Hal Prince) The Drowsy Chaperone(I saw it Pre-Broadway!) Avenue Q (in Vegas) Matthew Bourne's Swan Lake (a little odd...) Dame Edna: Back With A Vengeance (Hilarious)
Phantom and Wicked this summer, Possibly Dirty Rotten Scoundrels, the Lion King, and Les Miserables at the Pantages in LA.

i've seen the lion king and the frogs on broadway (at the frogs i was 10 feet away from nathan lane and roger bart the whole time. which was the coolest ever).
i saw national tours of oliver, mamma mia, copacabana, the producers, fiddler on the roof, carmen (operas will be the death of me, i swear to you), cats, and more that are currently escaping me.
i've seen tons of stuff at trinity rep, a regional theater here in rhode island: christmas carol (3x), you never know (world premieire written by charles strouse, who wrote annie, bye bye birdie, etc), annie, etc.
i've seen grease, anything goes, fame, guys and dolls, west side story, footloose, sweet charity, you're a good man charlie brown, the sound of music, the wiz, little shop of horrors, the boyfriend, 1776, joseph and the amazing technicolor dreamcoat, seussical the musical, cinderella, pinocchio, the phantom tollbooth, my fair lady, a christmas carol, peter pan, the king and i, school house rock live, school house rock live jr, etc at various children's theaters and community theaters, all multiple times and most with many different companies.
