Interesting spelling. ^^ I didn´t know there was such a way to write it, too. We write it Pfeffernüsse. Anyway, I´ve already eaten most of them. Well, actually.................I was guessing. And I don't have the correct symbol on my keyboard. You don't let yours sit for two weeks for the flavors to blend?

Actually your spelling seems to be right - in English. At least you´re not the only one to write it that way, see Google for example. And hey, I don´t bake them at but for Christmas. So they´re already good when it´s Christmas time - but not for long. ;D Happy new year to you all!
