London productions of CHICAGO MAMMA MIA! will move again to new theatres. The successful revival of CHICAGO opened originally in the Adelphi, later moving to the Cambridge where it closed Aug. 27, 2011. Later it was confirmed that the show will re-open in the Garrick Nov. 7, 2011 with America Ferrera, the star of tv's Ugly Betty, as Roxie Hart. Garrick is smaller than the Cambridge by approximately 500 seats. MAMMA MIA! has been playing the Prince of Wales Theatre for many years now after moving there from its original home of the Prince Edward's Theatre. Now the show will move to the Novello which is about the same size (as far as the capacity is concerned) as the Prince of Wales. www.londontheatre.co.uk/londontheatre/news/se11/mammamia2011131.htm

Rumor has it that the Spice Girls musical VIVA FOREVER might be the Prince of Wales Theatre's next tenant...
