Please can someone send me a link of a picture of Norma's mansion in the musical Sunset Boulevard. I love it. It's ace. Thanks. I have been searching for hours with no joy.

Try to get a hold of the Canadian Cast Recording of the show - the booklet has a nice picture of the mansion, though only a part of it.
Also, Keith Richmond's book "The Musicals of Andrew Lloyd Webber" has a quite nice photo of the mansion set in page 133. The photo is a bit dark, but it's the most complete one I've seen.

Digging up an old thread but still... I finally got my hands on the book "SUNSET BOULEVARD - from movie to musical" and it has some nice photos of the set. This is the actual stage shot of the 'divided' stage during the New Year's Eve scene. Attachments:

Here's a shot of the mansion set being lifted up to the ceiling while 'Samson And Delilah' set is being set up during the rehearsals at the Adelphi. Attachments:

Here's a close-up of the staircase. The attention to detail is amazing. They actually used Patti LuPone's face on those b&w photos on the lamp. And they also made a sculpture of the actress's face who was playing Norma at the time on the top of the railing on the bottom end of the stairs. Attachments:

Norma's Mansion is probably the most beautiful set ever made for a musical...on the other hand, no wonder it almost bankrupted RUG lol
