A year ago Andrew Lloyd Webber told that there will be a London revival this year. Who can tell me when this is going to happen?

Hmmm...now that you mention it I remember hearing about that as well, but I haven't heard anything since. I just did a quick search too, and could only find info about the current US tour (that's the one that's in Toronto now). But I'll keep an eye out for anything about it.

Last year Andrew Lloyd Webber was a special guest during the ´musical awards´ (Dutch Tony´s) and he told that ´You must love me´ was going to be in it as well. I really love that song so hopefully it´s going to be soon.

It may be postponed due to how full The West End is (as far as I have read).

Anyone have a favorite leading lady they'd like to see in the title role (even as the alternate)?
I'll start: Carmen Cusack. She'd be a-maz-ing.

Anyone have a favorite leading lady they'd like to see in the title role (even as the alternate)? I´d like to see Ruthie Henshall.

Euuuuh Pia Douwes plus she has already played Evita!!!! That would also be amazing, so long as it didn't conflict with her playing Sally in the Netherlands, which I am not going to miss, in one form or another, for the world ;-). Pia was an amazing Eva... well, Pia's just plain amazing. While I'm thinking of that production of Evita, I'd love to hear Marleen van der Loo take a crack at the role. She has a fierce belt voice.

Marleen van der Loo, Pia (of course), Carmen Cusack, Josie Walker, Alex Sharpe, Jenna Leigh James, Rebecca Thornhill... that's just a quick list, and I'm sure some of them wouldn't be suitable, but I'm sure there'd be more than I've completely forgotten about.

Alex Sharpe is great! She was Eponine in the 1998 UK tour, she'd be amazing!

Yeah, the 98/99 UK Tour, and she understudied Josie Walker in The Beautiful Game, and then played Eponine again in the Scandinavian Tour of LesMis.
Absolutely loved her... my first Eponine.

I really love Joanna, but I couldn't see her being convincing as young Eva in Buenos Aires... and I don't know about her upper belt. Having said that though, she's awesome. I loved her in Witches and My Fair Lady
