I'm uploading them to Photobucket right now. I'll add that to the first post ASAP.

Definately from the first set and the ones with you looking up to the top right are the best (in my opinion) (oh and the ones where you are smiling sweetly)

I'm uploading them to Photobucket right now. I'll add that to the first post ASAP. Didn't think to try the myspace.. lol.. it works. Oops. So going off of myspace: One thing to remember... New York style head shots are typically straight on from about the shoulders up. The tilted shot is more LA style. Unfortunately I didn't pay that much attention when I sat through an entire lecture on headshots... lol. I guess I should have. Are there any directors/performers who work at your school who can give you professional advice? There's one on the second page, the last in the second row. That one is probably the closest to a NY style. Use that one. It may be a bit too dark and I think it should probably show less of the chest, but of them all, that's the most classic. The second picture is good, but crop it so that you are not all the way to the right of the picture. The picture directly below that (it would be the 6th on the first page) is good too. The 12th picture on the first page is good. There are others that are good. I think, however, that you should get another set of headshots done. Find someone who specializes in theatre headshots. That way you have a diverse set. Some from the ones you have here. And then maybe one or two that are more typical for the stage. You're smile is adorable, btw.

Um....maybe I should mention that these were taken by a former student who now lives and works (as an actor and photographer) in NYC. We (meaning the senior class in Theatre) were all given the chance to get our headshots taken this past weekend. Plus, we've had at least one day of lecture about headshots alone. So......I think Kyle did fine. But thanks for that input.
Unfortunately, I have absolutely no money to get new ones. However, i do not expect to keep using these for long. They're mainly to start off with. When i get an agent, they're most likely going to tell me to go to a specific photographer.

^ I didn't mean to come across as mean or anything. I was just reiterating what I remembered from the discussions I've sat through over the topic.

Oh, no, not mean at all. I was just saying that these were taken by someone who had gone through all the lecture on headshots that I had.
You're cool. And very helpful.

^Ok, just making sure. At the end of the day it's going to depend on who is doing the casting. Everyone has something different in mind. So good luck.
