The aliens have intentionally left him back on Earth during a mission. Why would they want to have him back? *laughs!* A good point. Alas! Though I understand Uwe's wanted the role for years and so far every production has avoided casting him, so I hope this will be continued in the future. A couple of years ago someone (can't remember who, but someone very much in the business) treated the idea of him as Krolock as a subject for an April Fool's joke, so perhaps not too many others will take that seriously either?

The April's fooler was Bernd Steixner, the musical director of Theater des Westens in Berlin and Marie Antoinette in Bremen. I had the shock of my life.

Pity he didn't choke.... I can't help but feel we're jumping the gun on hating him for playing a role he hasn't yet xD

Well, he nevertheless sounds like crumbs of that mike have been sticking in his throat since. I can't help but feel we're jumping the gun on hating him for playing a role he hasn't yet xD You are right. If you have a gun and Madame La Mort is in sight, don't waste precious time on jumping. Just aim and fire!

This doesn't really surprise me - from what I've heard it's extremely popular in Stuttgart, so it would be bad business sense not to extend it... Probably they intended a longer run from the start but decided to first advertise it as limited because a) it would ensure the ticket sales for that time period at least and b) if they couldn't be sure it'd sell well enough for a longer run, it's easier to extend a run than to cut it short.
They're advertising for all the roles - I wonder how many of the cast are going to change.

I'd have thought they'd have gone back to Hamburg, since it's been so long since Tanz in Hamburg while Berlin was just a few years back, but oh well. I assume it will be mostly with the same cast as Stuttgart.

Well, the way it seems they´ll need a new von Krolock. Jan Ammmann doesn´t want to go on acting this character (until now). I personally hope he´ll join Rebecca as Maxim de Winter.
