Well when I went to Amsterdam I thought that the sound of the language was worst than german (I didn't like the sound of german neither even if I was studying this language since I was 11!!) but now that I hace listened to recordings in german and in dutch I love both languages!!!

I hated German for the first 4 years I read it (began it when I was 11), but then I happened to hear Tanz der Vampire, and it simply sounded so beautiful that I fell in love with the language as well. I don't speak German as well as I speak English, but it always offers challenges. ;D Besides, in a way it's easy to speak and write because its pronounciation is quite similar to Finnish. Dutch is like a weird German dialect.
